This is for all you Stephanie Meyer fans out there. Read The Host. It's really good. For those of you who have no idea what it is, it is a wonderful 620+ page book (that is fairly easy reading- I finished it in one day) by the brilliant writer Stephanie Meyer. It is different from her previous books (Twilight, Eclipse, and New Moon) but it is really, really good and suspenseful with the same whirlwind romance that is characterized in the Twilight Saga. I highly recommend it, although it was about $23 at Barnes & Nobles. On sale. So you might want to wait until your local library gets it.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I am reading Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky (I think I spelled that right...). It's a classic by a Russion, in case you didn't know. I always hate classics while I'm reading them but afterwards I'm happy that I did. Emma by Jane Austen is an exception. I hate that book. Crime and Punishment spoiler warning. I need to rant a bit about it. There was an EIGHT PAGE letter. EIGHT PAGES. from Raskolnikov's (the main character's) mother. Could she write with more repitition and detail?!?!? And then Raskolnikov just murdered a little old woman. With an ax (AX MURDERER!!!). So he could steal her money... and he goes on and on in insane monologues.... ughh.... my poor brain. And I'm only on page 75 out of about 575 pages.... If I suddenly turn into a drooling lump on the floor with an IQ of a cabbage, you know why.
Ohh and Happy Mother's Day!!
