So, in my algebra class, we had to make a picture out of conic sections (ellipses, circles, parabolas, and hyperbolas) and lines.
Umm so I did Excaliber. All the lines in black are lines that are actually graphed (you know, with the equations written out, points mapped, and domain and range stated). You can probably see the lines better on the bottom picture. There are 120 equations total (although, it could be down to 118 because two sets of lines are the same and I could have combined them and just written two domains and/or ranges) We have to turn in a colored version that was colored by hand (bottom) and were forbidden from doing it digitally (because some people were using it to slack off). I decided to color it digitally anyway. Ummm I used india ink pens and Gauache for the traditional one. Sorry for the HUGE file size, though I guess that doesn't really matter too much? |

I think you did a really great job!
I especially like the way you colored the stone and the sky on the second picture, and on the first the coloration of the sword looks soo realistic *.* Really cool!
